    Former Kiwis player and coach David Kidwell's switching codes


    The 45-year-old has departed his role as Parramatta assistant in the NRL - signing on as defence coach with Argentina's rugby squad.

    Kidwell was shoulder-tapped by Pumas coach and former Wallabies mentor Michael Cheika.

    He has had a brief history in union in an informal capacity alongside Japan coach Jamie Joseph prior to the last World Cup.
