The Blues have agreed to a late change to their kickoff time against the Lions next weekend as Super Rugby gets hit by the coronavirus

The Blues have agreed to a late change to their kickoff time against the Lions next weekend as Super Rugby gets hit by the coronavirus

The Eden Park match was due to kickoff at 7:05pm next Saturday the 14th of March, but will now kick off at 4:25pm.

That allows the Sunwolves' game against the Crusaders, already re-located to Brisbane, to kick off at 6:35pm ahead of the Reds vs the Bulls.

Blues chief executive Andrew Hore says it's the least they could do to help out the Sunwolves given the travel embargo on Japan.
