The fitness levels aren't the worry for Gemma McCaw as she takes time to reassess her future in hockey

The 29-year-old returned to the women's Black Sticks team last year in order to fulfill her dream of playing in an Olympic Games.

However with the Tokyo event postponed until 2021, McCaw admits that she will need to decide whether to continue, with next year a long way away now.

But she's confident she can remain in good shape.
