    The Silver Ferns have been able to give all their fit players some game time ahead of the final in a 48-41 Nations Cup win over South Africa in London


    The Proteas gave the Ferns a scare, turning a seven goal halftime deficit into a level game in the third quarter.

    New Zealand captain Ameliaranne Ekenasio says it was a real grind on court.



    The Ferns will play Jamaica in the decider after they beat England 70-66.
