A big switch in NRL pre-season training for the Warriors.

An honest review after last year's 13th placed finish saw players suggest a change in game plan and model for 2020.

Players have revealed they've had ball-in-hand earlier than ever before in pre-season, suggesting a return to the Warriors of old.

Bowls New Zealand will send a high quality team of ten to the World Championship on the Gold Coast in May.

Six of the squad have had success at previous World Champs headlined by Jo Edwards, Shannon McIlroy and Ali Forsyth.

Tayla Bruce, Debbie White and Andrew Kelly will make their World Championship debuts.
