The message from Silver Ferns coach Dame Noeline Taurua has been clear ahead of the second Taini Jamison netball test against England in Christchuch

The message from Silver Ferns coach Dame Noeline Taurua has been clear ahead of the second Taini Jamison netball test against England in Christchuch

New Zealand heads into the clash with a one-nil series lead, thanks to a 48-42 win in the opener.

Defender Sulu Fitzpatrick says as well as focussing on executing their gameplan, Taurua's warned her side over how England will respond.

The Black Caps are back in New Zealand safely, with an off-field hurdle to clear.

The 24 players and staff have touched down in Auckland and will begin their 14 day managed isolation period.

Wests Tigers chairman Lee Hagipantelis has warned NRL players could have their contracts torn up if they refuse a Covid-19 vaccine.

Hagipantelis holds a close relationship with the Sydney Kings and is currently dealing with the vaccination debate within the Australian NBL.

He says it could constitute a reason to terminate a player's contract as they wouldn't be fulfilling their duties as an employee.
