Former Silver Ferns mentor Yvonne Willering has denounced Netball New Zealand's decision to stand down coach Dame Noeline Taurua

Yvette McCausland-Durie and Liana Leota have replaced her and assistant Deb Fuller for the series against South Africa starting Sunday week.

The governing body have denied reports players are boycotting Taurua due to a perceived old-school approach.

Willering is baffled.



Former Silver Fern Marg Foster says any complaints must pass a high threshold at international level.
