For a second year in a row New Zealand could see its warmest winter on record

NIWA Data dating back to 1909 shows New Zealand has just experienced its warmest June and July ever.
The temperature over the two months was 1.53 degrees Celsius above the long-term average.
NIWA meteorologist Ben Noll says its just another knock on the door from Global Warming.
