Wellington Phoenix forward Ifeanyi Eze is adjusting to the taxing flight schedule of a New Zealand team in football's A-League

The 26-year-old Nigerian, who signed from a club in Iraq, scored on his Nix debut in their 2-all draw away at Perth Glory.

That fixture's known as the distance derby as the clubs are more than five thousand kilometres apart.

Eze says the time in the air is tough.
