    Police say they've stopped a burglar using pre-paid scooters in a crime spree - in his tracks


    They arrested a 46 year old man in Mount Wellington last night, after receiving a tip off.

    He'll appear in Auckland District Court today on charges including burglary, robbery and aggravated wounding.
