    Those on the Otago Peninsula now have road access to Dunedin again


    The Dunedin City Council says after a mammoth effort, Portobello Road and Harington Point Road have been reopened.

    Motorists are being asked to take care as there's still debris and mud on the roads.

    A boil water notice has been issued for the Stirling and Benhar Townships and the South Bruce Rural Water Scheme.
