Major delays for drivers in and out of Bay of Plenty

State Highway 29 is closed at Lower Kaimai, following a serious crash involving a car, ute and small truck.

There are no reports of serious injuries.

Police say drivers, especially those leaving Tauranga, can expect delays as the scene is cleared, which may take some time.
