Rich lister Peter Huljich has been revealed as the Pushpay executive convicted of insider trading

Rich lister Peter Huljich has been revealed as the Pushpay executive convicted of insider trading

He's had name suppression even after being originally sentenced to six months community detention and a 100-thousand dollar fine.

The Court of Appeal last week dismissed an appeal against his conviction, rejected continued suppression and increased his fine to 200 thousand dollars.

Huljich will now take his fight to the Supreme Court.
