    Kiwi high jumper Hamish Kerr has finished second at the latest Diamond League event in Doha


    Kerr's cleared 2.23 metres, with American Shelby McEwen winning with a leap of 2.26 metres.

    Sprinter Zoe Hobbs has finished seventh in the women's 100 metres final, with a time of 11.27 seconds.

    Pole vaulter Eliza McCartney was a late withdrawal from her competition, with Imogen Ayris placing ninth.
