The Commerce Commission filed criminal charges against Pak'nSave Mill Street and Pak'nSave Silverdale in December.
Both supermarkets advertised prices that didn't match what was charged at the checkout - and promoting specials that didn't exist.
Mill Street today pleaded guilty in the Auckland District Court to all eight charges against it - and Silverdale pleaded guilty to all 10.
Each carries a maximum penalty of 600-thousand-dollars.
Sentencing is set for November 4th.
