Kimberly Wyatt says the secret to a successful marriage is to "marry your best friend"

The 43-year-old singer has children Willow, 10, Maple, eight, and five-year-old Ford with her husband, model Max Rogers, 43, and Kimberly credits their strong friendship with making their marriage work

She told The Mirror: "I guess, ultimately, you have to marry your best friend. Because you know, a relationship is work, and you have to be willing to go through the tough times as well as the good times, and work together to create the good times. Ultimately, we both want the same future and to create that loving family bond. I guess building a life that you both love and enjoy sharing brings longevity in your partnership."

Kimberly also revealed she is still keen for a Pussycat Dolls reunion, after their previous tour was derailed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

She said: "As many people know, we were set for a world tour before Covid, before everything crashed down. You never know what's next. I think we're in a time where women supporting women is what I'd like the brand to stand for, so I'll sit and wait until the day that happens.

"I look back fondly on the fact we sold so many records. We empowered so many people to be and feel accepted and find pride in owning their space and being okay with who they are. What we did was just phenomenal, touring the world, and bringing that sense of confidence to fans everywhere. Each Doll represented something different, and to see what we were able to do in so many people's lives is just epic.

"It was more than 10 years before we had a recording contract. It was the likes of Carmen Electra, Scarlett Johansson, Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera - all these incredible stars who came and performed as a Pussycat Doll that gave us enough clout in LA to finally get our record deal and become the band we were."
