    Charlie Kirk's murder accused allegedly told his roommate about the fatal shooting


    22-year-old Tyler Robinson is facing seven charges including aggravated murder, obstruction of justice and witness tampering.

    US prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

    Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray says Robinson exchanged a series of texts and left a note for his roommate, who he's also in a romantic relationship with.

    He says the roommate looked under Robinson's keyboard, and there was a note that read: I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it.
