    It comes as Canterbury DHB confirms Christchurch Hospital is sitting at 106 percent capacity, with many planned procedures being put off due to demand


    Some after hours medical clinics have been forced to close early due to staffing shortages, while - when they are open - wait times can be up to six hours.
