    A Crown Prosecutor has told a Christchurch court a starting point of 24 to 25 years minimum non-parole - is appropriate for murderer Lauren Dickason at her sentencing today


    Her defence has suggested a starting point of 22 years.

    Both sides agree on a significant discount for mental health.
