It reveals strong interest from metal health practitioners to deliver more group therapy - but who lack the funding and resources to do so.
Clinical Neuropsychologist Louise Cowpertwait, says we have major access problems to mental health support - so could afford to be more innovative.
She says the idea that the only answer is individualised access to therapy, is quite limited.
