An Australian grandmother has been taken into custody following the deaths of her two young grandchildren in New South Wales

The six and seven year old boys were discovered dead at a Coonabarabran property yesterday afternoon.
Their 66-year-old grandmother, and sole-carer, was found with self-inflicted wounds and arrested at the scene.
She's currently in hospital under police guard.
