    A Napier man in his 20s has plead guilty to owning and distributing online sexual abuse material involving children as young as 21-months old


    The US National Missing and Exploited Children Centre notified Internal Affairs - after tracking an email.

    IR Digital Child Exploitation team manager, Tim Houston, says they found videos and images showing abuse and exploitation on two devices at the man's house.

    He has permanent name suppression and faces two years intensive supervision and six months community detention.
