A total of 15 baggage handlers have been arrested since June following a covert investigation into ongoing methamphetamine and cocaine seizures.
Court documents show the network of baggage handlers at Auckland airport were allegedly helping different gangs to smuggle drugs into the country.
It suggests they were working with the Head Hunters, the Two Eight Brotherhood, and potentially the Crips gang to smuggle the drugs.
