Farrah Abraham's teenage daughter is "so wise"

The 34-year-old TV star has revealed that she leans on Sophia, 16, for life advice, and Farrah's daughter has advised her to continue to keep her distance from her estranged parents, Michael Abraham and Debra Danielsen

Farrah told Us Weekly: "My daughter is so wise."

Farrah's infamous sex tape was recently discussed on an episode of Secrets of Celebrity Sex Tapes, the TV docu-series. And Sophia encouraged her mom not to reach out to her parents after the episode aired and her dad commented on it.

The TV star shared: "My daughter really had a word with me the other night. She just said, 'No matter, like, with this episode coming out, like, do not go back to talking to them.' And again, my daughter is just raised with not tolerating toxic stuff on her shoulders, so she just doesn't believe in it. [She said], 'Don't go there, you know, don't visit the circus.'"

In February, Farrah took to social media to celebrate Sophia's 16th birthday.

The reality star admitted to being "beyond proud" of her daughter at the time.

She wrote on Instagram: "Happiest Sweet 16 to the one and only @sophialabraham [star emoji] To the star who made me famous at 16, I love you, I'm excited we're traveling the world together [German flag] Germany this year [German flag] this year, Ofcourse I put together a picture collage over the years-we've lived such a full life, from your shows, awards, your very own store and music.

"Presently I'm beyond proud of you for not people pleasing, conforming and staying true to your values. I'm grateful for you being in my life and making me the best parent, the best me and healing myself while raising you has been the biggest gift in life.

"As we celebrate your birthday with trips expanding your world, for the young woman who has it all - I had to take a moment to show my gratitude, love and appreciation to the one person who has shown me so much love, my value and my strength. I look forward to our next 16 years being even more memorable then our first - I love being a teen mom and wouldn't of wanted it any other way- I'm so blessed to have had the experience so I can see the world for what it really is. Grateful for you Sophia! (sic)"
