15 people were killed after two gunmen opened fire on Jewish Hanukkah celebrations that were happening on the famous Sydney beach.
Officials believe it could have been an ISIS inspired terror attack.
Australian Prime Minister says today's day of reflection is about standing in solidarity with the Jewish community.
He's encouraging the public to observe a minute of silence at 6.47pm this evening Australian time.
