    Helen Clark has added her voice to a cannabis referendum Korero in Wellington


    The former Prime Minister told an audience at St Peters the question isn't whether you think it should be available as its already widely used.

    She says it's less harmful than alcohol or tobacco.

    Helen Clark says it's impossible to die of an overdose of cannabis and it's demonstrably less dangerous than other drugs.
