    Black Ferns Sevens vice-captain Jorja Miller thinks the strength in connections from playing both the seven-a-side and fifteen-a-side codes will help the team to defend their Singapore Sevens title this weekend


    Miller hopped between the 15's and Sevens codes in 2025, alongside captain Risi Pouri-Lane, World Rugby Breakthrough Player of the Year Braxton Sorenson-McGee and Stacey Waaka.



    The Black Ferns Sevens open their campaign against Great Britain around twenty to four, followed by the All Blacks Sevens' first game against France closer to 5pm.
