New Warriors coach Nathan Brown concedes it's a bit of a surprise that there will even be an NRL grand final tonight

The competition was suspended indefinitely in March due to Covid-19, before amazing a lot of teams and fans by restarting just two months later.

Tonight, the Penrith Panthers and Melbourne Storm will meet in the decider.

Brown says he doubted Australian Rugby League Commission chairman Peter V'landys when he laid out the plan.
