    State Highway 5 at Eskdale remains closed after a car hit a power pole, bringing down lines earlier this evening


    Repair crews are now at the scene, and Police say there are detours in place for people travelling the Thermal Explorer Highway.

    Three people for the vehicle are now in hospital being treated for moderate injuries.
