Jamie Chung thinks "listening to each other" makes for a successful marriage

The 41-year-old actress tied the knot with 'How to Make it In America' star Bryan Greenberg, 46, in 2015 and as they approach their 10th anniversary as husband and wife, she has noted that they have "grown" together every day

She told UsWeekly: "Well, what I love about Bryan is he understands the business, but also, we're there to support each other. It's not a competition.

"We love each other so much and it's just awesome. I love being married to him.

"Honestly, you're not married to the same person [after 10 years] . We grow every day. We are different people every day and I think the most important thing is to fill each other's emotional cup, try listening to each other and show empathy and try to [be] understanding."

The former 'Once Upon a Time' star also explained that "staying curious" is key in a relationship and joked that she would be a "great marriage counsellor" at this point.

She said: "The best word for this year is to stay curious. 'Why are you feeling this way?' To stay curious and open - and I have a great marriage counsellor if anyone needs one!"

Jamie and her husband have three-year-old twin sons together - whose names they have not revealed publicly - and the 'Dexter: New Blood' star admitted that she is very tired in the build-up to Christmas because she has to get them ready for the big day.

She said: "Oh, God, I want to sleep, but because daycare is closed, I won't be able to.

"So, the goal is to have lots of activities to get our kids tired and that's it."
