    A man has been charged with murder after a person's died in Northland


    Emergency services were called to Mangakahia Road, south of Kaikohe, just after 9am yesterday - where a man was found with apparent stab wounds.

    He died at the scene.

    The 44-year-old will appear in Kaikohe District Court tomorrow.
