The Warehouse Group's disputing claims their improved financial momentum, is off the back of understaffing

The Warehouse Group's disputing claims their improved financial momentum, is off the back of understaffing

Workers First Union says the company's 11.8 million dollar half year profit is a result of cuts and restructures - which has lead to them receiving 75 complaints.

But Warehouse Group Interim Chief Executive John Journee, says their savings are predominantly coming from elsewhere, including reduction in IT and project costs.

He says the green shoots are coming from successful products and customer engagement.

Journee says they appreciate their staff's hard work.
