    Two people have died following separate crashes in North Canterbury


    Emergency services were first called to a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 7 near Culverden about 3pm yesterday, before another happened on State Highway 1 in Leithfield two hours later.

    Both roads re-opened overnight.
