The Commerce Commission's filed criminal charges against Woolworths - alleging inaccurate pricing and misleading specials

BusinessDesk reports these charges were signalled in December, with claims the chain may have breached the Fair Trading Act.

The charges relate to Woolworths NZ, and Pak'nSaves in Auckland's Silverdale and Hamilton's Mill Street.

Charges were filed against the two Pak'nSaves in March.
