An Auckland bar's closed up - after a gathering following a rowdy memorial gang ride, which included objects being thrown at police

Police followed a convoy from Manukau to West Auckland, then back to Flat Bush, making two arrests for driving offences and seizing two motorbikes.

A group of about 100 gathered at the Botany Junction bar - one person doing a burnout outside, and people throwing objects at police.

Police made three more arrests - including for a patch ban breach - and seized three more bikes.

They expect to make more arrests as investigations continue.
