    A spate of car thefts in Wairarapa with 29 cars stolen in just two weeks


    Wairarapa Police believe organised criminal groups are behind the thefts.

    Twenty five of them were taken from Masterton, with Mazda Demios and Ford Courier utes the criminals' favourites

    Police are reminding people to lock their cars and use steering wheel locks if they can't afford insurance.
