A fourth person has been charged with manslaughter over the fatal Loafers Lodge fire in Wellington two years ago

A fourth person has been charged with manslaughter over the fatal Loafers Lodge fire in Wellington two years ago

Five people died in the blaze at a boarding house and a man's due to go on trial charged with murder, this year.

Police last week announced they were charging three people with manslaughter.

A man's now appeared in the District Court this morning on the same charge.

The four facing manslaughter charges were all in some way responsible for the building's management and operation.
