    Liam Lawson admits he had doubts around the Racing Bulls tyre strategy after picking up four championship points for finishing eighth at Formula One's Belgium Grand Prix


    McLaren's Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris completed a one-two finish.

    Lawson says he thought they crossed to dry tyres too early.



    In Indycar - Scott Dixon's finished the best of the New Zealanders in fifth at the Grand Prix of Monterey in California, with compatriots Marcus Armstrong eighth and Scott McLaughlin 10th.

    In Nascar's Cup Series - Shane van Gisbergen's placed 19th at Indianapolis behind winner Bubba Wallace.
