Closing arguments are being heard this week, in the high-profile Zuru nappy trial

Closing arguments are being heard this week, in the high-profile Zuru nappy trial

The trial examines a multi-million dollar dispute between Zuru's Nick Mowbray, who bought out the Taylor family of the Rascals nappy business as well as business group JJK - who had bought rival brand Treasures.

Herald reporter Matt Nippert says Zuru alleges his former friend Grant Taylor breached restraint provisions and disclosed confidential information to those who took over Treasures.

The defendants strongly deny the claims.
