    Fire crews have been battling a house fire in Auckland's Massey


    They were called to Colwill Rd before 5am, with a blaze engulfing the two storey building's top floor about 5.30.

    Residents say police and the Armed Offenders Squad were in the area when the house exploded.

    The blaze was brought under control about an hour ago , but hot spots are still being dampened.

    Fire and Emergency say there are no reports of injuries.
