Fonterra's revealed it hopes to wrap up the the sale of its consumer arm before the end of March, and it plans to pay out shareholders as soon as possible after that.
The dairy co-op's agreed to sell brands like Anchor and Mainland to France's Lactalis for 4.2 billion dollars.
It's confirmed shareholders will vote on February 19 on whether to return about 3.2 billion of that to shareholders.
