    American Max Homa has won on the PGA Tour for the third time, clinching the latest event in California by a stroke


    Homa has carded a final-round seven-under 65 with three birdies and an eagle in his last six holes to end the tournament 19-under.

    Homa says he was educated in California so it's great to get a win on his return.



    Maverick McNealy finished runner-up on 18-under.

    Kiwi Steven Alker has finished tied for seventh on the PGA Tour's seniors tour.
