    A mother charged with murdering her two sons in Australia's Blue Mountains has made a brief appearance in court


    The primary school boys were found dead in their home, west of Sydney, by their father this week

    Patricia Joan Smith was also found at the scene with stab wounds and was taken to hospital in a critical but stable condition.

    She's been remanded in custody.
