The 18-year-old claimed 200 metres silver at the 2024 World Juniors - and this year's his final chance to win gold at the event.
It comes comes as New Zealand's Sam Ruthe weighs up the same decision.
The middle-distance phenom's record-breaking run in Boston eight days ago qualified him for the mile in Glasgow.
While no final decision has been made - both Ruthe's father Ben and coach Craig Kirkwood have indicated Team Ruthe are strongly considering opting for the Commonwealth Games over World Juniors.
As he's still just 16 - Ruthe could compete in Glasgow and still be eligible for the age-grade championships in 2028.
