    A body of a woman been found in water, near Auckland's Farm Cove

    A body of a woman been found in water, near Auckland's Farm Cove


    Emergency services were called to the scene about 7.30am.

    Police say they understand the woman was in a group of people who were canoeing, and another person in the group she was with, brought her body back to the shore.

    They say the woman has been identified, and they're now in the process of informing family.

    The matter's being referred to the Coroner to determine the cause of death.
