Otago have clinched the NPC's southern derby , beating Southland 24-15 at Rugby Park in Invercargill

The visitors led 24-8 at halftime ... so Southland can at least take some consolation from winning the second half.

Otago scored three tries to the Stags' two.

All Blacks loosie Christian Leo-Willie got one of the tries and was named man of the match.
