    A Woodville farmer's been banned from ever owning farm animals - after 55 sheep had to be euthanised


    The Ministry for Primary Industries took Noel Cunningham to court, accusing him of neglecting animal welfare - with bad fences and poor pasture.

    The 64 year old was sentenced yesterday in Palmerston North - incurring the ban and six months community detention.
