    No excuses from Crusaders coach Rob Penney after they gave up a 16-point lead to suffer a 35-19 defeat to the Chiefs in their top-of-the-table Super Rugby clash in Christchurch


    Up 19-3 before halftime - the hosts conceded 32 unanswered points, and were held scoreless in the second half.

    Penney admits the competition leaders were too good.
