Vanessa Williams hopes to fall in love again

The 62-year-old actress has not ruled out getting hitched again in the future despite her last three marriages - film producer Ramon Hervey II (1987-1997), basketball player Rick Fox (1999-2004) and accountant Jim Skrip (2015-2021) - having ended in divorce.

Vanessa told the new issue of Britain's HELLO! magazine: "We'll see what happens in the future. I believe in love, and I love being in love, but I'm not desperate for love. It happens when it's meant to happen."

Meanwhile, the Desperate Housewives alum - who has daughters Melanie, 38, and Jillian, 35, as well as son Devin, 32, with Ramon, 75, and daughter Sasha, 25, with 56 year old Rick - hailed fat jab Mounjaro as a "game-changer".

Vanessa - who has used the drug, used to treat type 2 diabetes and for chronic weight management in adults, for two years - added: "When I turned 60, I was like, 'I want to be here for a long time, and I want to look my best. So what am I going to do?'

"My 50s were hard. I started perimenopause in my late 40s, but suddenly, at 51, it's crazy how your body changes. You feel out of control because you're working out the same way, eating the same, and your body is not reacting the way it used to."

The Ugly Betty star is also on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to relieve her menopause symptoms, as well as NAD+ injections, which are said to help cellular rejuvenation.

Vanessa said: "Science is amazing. I'm like, 'What's next? Bring it on!'"

Elsewhere in her interview with the magazine, the performer - who has been living in the UK since October 2024 due to starring as Miranda Priestly in The Devil Wears Prada Musical - revealed how her Great Dane, Roscoe, has adapted to life in London.

Vanessa said: "It's lovely to have him here, although he's not used to the city because I've got four and a half acres back home [in Westchester County].

"It took him five months to wee on the pavement because he was like, 'What is this? Where's the grass?' But he's getting into the swing of things.

"There are some good parks here, too."
