    Police are calling for witnesses to a hit and run in Christchurch on Saturday night


    A man was seriously injured as he was struck crossing Marlborough Street in Phillipstown, by a dark coloured vehicle - that may have been seen driving erratically about 7.15pm.

    Police say it's likely the vehicle would have damage to the front left headlight

    Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
